Kids With Pawz Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kids With Pawz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be in working condition as received.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

You must provide a photo of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and a photo of the original receipt.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Include:

A photo of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

A photo of the original receipt.

 

3. You will receive an email confirmation regarding whether your return or exchange has been approved or denied.

 

Return & Exchange Process

If approved, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your item(s) and a shipping label to print.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.


Additional Information

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, used, or final sale items and the following:

• Electronic merchandise, such as, collars, fencing and training items

•Grooming tools

•Filters or pumps

•Non-prescription pet medication or vitamins
